
Ever since last October, I have decided to take a different approach to my "cardio" and make it more circuit/resistance based. I'm a taller IFBB Figure competitor, and I tend to drop both fat (and muscle if not careful!) quickly when dieting. Therefore, instead of doing your traditional kinds of cardio on the treadmill, elliptical, bike, stepmill, etc, I have been getting it from quick intense resistance based circuits built into my everyday weight training schedule. Not only has this type of training been good for my physique, but it's fun and never boring! This past weekend I just so happened to be taking a drive down the Pacific Coast Highway and decided to stop at the beach for a workout. Here is a short glimpse of my "cardio" and the beautiful scenery I am so blessed to have such easy access to on a daily basis!
