My favorite part of being at big IFBB Pro shows is seeing so many of my fit friends! Despite life and business being so crazy busy for me this time of year, I had the opportunity to go and support some of my clients and good friends who were competing in the Orlando Europa Supershow. Having moved from Orlando to the west coast, it felt like quite the Home Coming upon return! I got to visit so many of my good friends, visit with and train my old clients, and workout at my old home gym which has such a special energy.   I must say I have even missed the extra blanket of warmth that comes with the humidity. Being that I am always cold, the intense Florida heat is not something I have ever minded! The last part of my trip was spent in Hilton Head, South Carolina with family. The slower pace was very much welcome for a few days, however, it did make my return back to fast-paced Los Angeles a bit of a slap in the face! Why do vacations have to end? I will be returning to South Florida in the near future on business and another semi-vacation, so that is motivation enough to keep me working hard!
